How it works with Medical Massage Therapy:
- Medical Massage Therapy is outcome based
- A licensed massage therapist (LMT) assesses the patient's diagnosis and symptoms
- The therapist communicates with the client on desired outcome
- The therapist uses various massage techniques to manipulate muscles, soft tissue, and your fascia (your electric system)
Some techniques:
Stretch - Reset with PNF stretches for strength and re corrective positioning. Occipital, Axis and Myofascial release,Trigger point, Deep tissue, Dry brushing for the Lymph, Quantum Biofeedback with sound frequencies and grounding techniques.

Energetic Wellness
Advantage of adding Energetic Wellness is to clear the trauma and outdated patterns that have been holding in your cells, DNA, muscles, organs and the energetic fields around your body. To be at the mercy of what lies in your subconscious mind and stuck in a loop like a broken record and you cannot break free may cause depression, anxiety as well as the work we provide physically with massage, the body may keep returning to the broken version of self. It has been used to holding that pattern of being broken for awhile.
What is energy? It is called frequency. Each organ has a measured frequency of what is considered healthy. We may measure this using Quantum Biofeedback and work with specific frequencies that are the healthy version of specific organs and your body will match the sound wave length frequency it hears. It is painless and proactive. Also, we can run a body scan to analyze to get an idea what the body may need, this is super helpful in listening to what the body needs to be in harmony.
